The house is built in mallorquin style, situated on a big piece of land (20.000 sqm) with the most fantastic view from the house and the pool down to the bay of Pollenca. The big pool lies about 80 meters below the house. There is a covered pool house beside from where you also have this exceptional, beautiful view. with beautiful houses, narrows streets and a very lively atmosphere (traditional fiestas, market every sunday) and bars and restaurants. The beach of Puerto Pollenca is a 10 minutes drive. There are all possibilities for boat hire, sailing, tours on the sea, resaurants and shops. Palma airport is 45 km away, the new autostrada leading direcdy there is only 10 km away. There are some monasteries to visit: Santa Maria (3km), LIuc (15km) another golf course is Alcudia Alcanada: about 20 km away Horse-riding is near-by (about 4 km).
